Terms and conditions
1 – Length of stay:
The tenant signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises after the end of the stay.
2 – Booking conditions:
The reservation will be guaranteed by payment by credit card. All reservations imply acceptance of a remote charge to your credit card, particularly in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
3 – Prices:
Our prices include all taxes.
4 – Cancellation by the client:
All cancellations must be notified to the owner by email.
- a) Cancellation before the start of the stay:
– If the cancellation occurs more than 7 days before the start of the stay, the client will not be charged any fees.
– If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start of the stay, 40% of the accommodation price remains due to the owner.
– If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start of the stay, the full accommodation price will be due to the owner. - b) Cancellation Non-refundable offer :
100% of the stay price is required from the tenant to confirm the reservation. In the event of cancellation by the client, the full price of the accommodation will be retained by the owner. - c) No-show:
If the tenant does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date, the contract becomes void and the owner may make the rooms available to other guests. The full price of the accommodation will then be due to the owner. - d) Shortened stay :
In the event of a shortened stay, the full price of the accommodation remains payable to the owner. Any unused additional services will be refunded. - e) Cancellation for bookings of 3 rooms or more :
– If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the start of the stay, 50% of the price of the stay will be due to the owner.
– If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the stay, 100% of the price of the stay will be due to the owner.
5 – Cancellation by the owner:
In the event of cancellation of the stay by the owner, they undertake to notify the client at least 7 days in advance.
Without prejudice to any claims for compensation for damages that may have been incurred, the client will be immediately reimbursed for all sums paid.
6 – Arrival:
The customer must specify their arrival time between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
In case of early arrival (3:00 PM – 5:00 PM) or late arrival (9:00 PM – 11:00 PM), the tenant must notify the owner. This will incur an additional cost of €25.
7 – Valuables
It is recommended not to leave valuables in vehicles.
“La Ferme de Bouchemont” cannot be held responsible for any incident.
8 – Insurance:
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by them. They are required to have holiday rental insurance to cover these risks. In the event of damage not covered by insurance, the repair costs will be borne by the tenant.
9 – Settlement of the balance:
The balance will be settled at the end of the stay, as well as any additional consumption and services not mentioned in the contract.
10 – Use of the premises:
The client must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They agree to return the rooms in good condition and to respect the no-smoking policy within the house.
11 – Animals:
Animals are not allowed on the property.
The client agrees to respect this prohibition, under penalty of being refused entry.
